As promised, here's a high level overview of the 90-day group coaching program I’m currently inviting a select number of senior leaders to join.

Because the Reignition process contains no fluff, filler, or wishy-washy bullshit, I decided not to create a fancy landing page for it. Instead, I've put everything together in this un-fancy page.  

Less sizzle more substance, as I like to say.

When it comes to being a wildly successful leader who wants to step into the next great chapter of life, the mistake I see them making all the time is believing something along the lines of this:

"What got me here will get me there."

They think that the skills, talents, habits, beliefs, values, rituals, attitudes and subconscious programming that got them the success they have today, will get them the success they want tomorrow. 

Only it won't.

Not even close.

Because the truth is this: 

Everything that got you the success you have today, is DESTROYING your chances of getting the success you want tomorrow.

That's right, clinging onto past systems, strategies, processes and methodologies like they're some kind of prestigious battle chest is precisely the reason why so many people have lost touch with their core identity, and are living a life that they no longer love. 

It's why high achievers feel like imposters in their own skin. Why self-sabotage is rife in middle age. And why "winners in life" feel like one false move could cost them absolutely EVERYTHING.

No wonder they're so stressed out and anxious all the time!

Who wouldn't be?

Wrestling with your own damn brain is fricking exhausting.

And I should know, playing that game put me in hospital with double lung pneumonia before I knew I was doing 'high performance' back-to-front and upside down. Which, I'm betting, is how you're doing it right now. But more on that when we chat.

LET'S ELIMINATE THIS BULLSHIT ONCE AND FOR ALL

In January I'm opening the doors to Reignition, and because it's in its test pilot phase, invite is by referral and recommendation only, the price is heavily reduced, and spaces are extremely limited.

But that's not why you're here.

You're here because you're done with waking up with a metaphorical gun to your head, and you want to live a life in flow that you NEVER want to escape from.

A life that excites you, energises you, and reignites the amazing human being inside of you that got trampled, left behind, or lost in the mad and frantic scramble to "the top."

But you're not stupid.

Far from it.

You want to the key to the Kingdom WITHOUT selling your soul, sacrificing your sanity, or jeopardising ANY of the luxuries and securities that you've accumulated in your life.

(You know, important shit like a solid income, a cool house, a decent car or two, and nice holidays etc. etc.)

And who can blame you?! You bloody well deserve all that stuff. You busted your arse for it. Sweated bullets for it. And you're not 22 anymore. It's not like you can jack it all in and start all over. 

And I don't want you to, because remember this, 

This is the great REIGNITION we're talking about here, NOT the great Resignation.

This is about building on top of the greatness you've already achieved, not blowing it all up and fighting your way up from the very bottom all over again. Screw that.

Reignition is based on cutting-edge peak performance psychology for grown ups, not pop psychology bullshit for gullible idiots.

If you want the latter look on Linkedin for those who've recently been made redundant from their corporate job and "retrained" as a "leadership coach". *insert fingers down throat emoji here...

But I digress...

The first thing to know about Reignition is that every member in the group is facing a similar challenge, looking for a similar outcome, and asking similar questions:

“What is my next big thing? 

 “How can I excel at it without burning myself out?”

“What will it take to get me there?"

"And what’s the plan???”

Answering those questions is our sole mission here. And reigniting the courage, confidence, and ferocious curiosity you need to achieve all of that is what we're going to be doing over the 90 days.

 WHO ELSE AM I TALKING TO?

As a founder member of Reignition you’ll be joined by a highly targeted group of individuals who have handpicked by me for this specific transformation.

And because I’m keeping the size of this group to a maximum of 10, you’ll have more direct access to me as your coach than any future cohort will do in the future.

The people I’m reaching out to have at least 10 years experience in the creative industries and have achieved a great deal of success in their lives. But somewhere along the line they’ve lost their spark, their mojo, the unconditional love that had for what they do, and how they show up and do it.

And that want it back!

But despite their best efforts to refocus, regroup, and reenergise, something inside of them is refusing the call. Something is bent, broken, or rusted shut. And because they can’t put their finger on what ‘it’ is, they can’t do anything about it.

To the world outside all looks well, they come across as solid, confident, and grounded… but inside things are all churned up.

An unsustainable way of working has taxed them heavily, and they’re running on fumes; frustrated, knackered, and easily triggered.

Everyday feels like an uphill battle against conflicted thoughts and negative emotions. And as their self esteem takes a battering and their confidence retreats, they grow more and more tired, negative, and “overly sensitive.”

Some sense that mild health symptoms are beginning to take root, and in an desperate attempt to escape the shitty way they feel they’ve put up a wall around their heart, causing them to become distant and isolated—which is putting a huge strain on their once thriving relationships. 

Boundless enthusiasm and relentless passion has been replaced by free-floating anxiety, and as this plays an ever increasing role in their daily life they barely recognise the person they’ve become, or the choices they now make.

In an effort to wrestle back control they subconsciously reach, run, and grasp for something more safe and stable, but they don’t know what that is, or how to go about getting it. 

Until now. 

The Reigniters I’m looking for have hit threshold. They’re done with bullshitting themselves and those around them, and are not willing to tolerate yet another year as a stressed out, grumpy, greying shell of their former self.

They want clarity and certainty back in their life.

They want hope, energy, and optimism.

And they want the peace-of-mind that comes from knowing that WHAT they’re committed to doing over the next 5, 10, 15 years of their life is the BEST and most valuable thing for them to be doing—not just something that’ll bridge the gap between now and a damp squib of a retirement.

Because they sure as shit aren’t ready to join the midlife scrapheap.
