TERMS & CONDITIONS — LIVE WORKSHOP
The Service
By purchasing this Live Workshop (“the Workshop”), you are booking a place at a group event delivered by Matt Follows. The Workshop will take place live (via Zoom or other agreed platform) and will last approximately 3-4 hours.
Payment
The fee for the Workshop is as stated at the point of sale (inclusive of VAT where applicable). Payment is due in full at the time of booking and secures your place at the Workshop.
Access
The Workshop will be delivered live via Zoom (or other agreed platform). The Zoom link will be sent to the email address provided at booking approximately 30 minutes before the Workshop begins. It is your responsibility to check your email (including junk/spam folders) and ensure that you have a stable internet connection and suitable device to access the Workshop.
Recording & Use of Materials
The Workshop will be recorded. By purchasing, you consent to being recorded and to the use of any video, audio, or chat contributions as part of marketing materials, products, or future offerings by Matt Follows.

Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy
Once purchased, Workshop places are non-refundable. You are purchasing access to a specific live event with limited spaces.
By purchasing, you confirm that you are buying a time-specific service and consent to the service being provided on the agreed date, waiving any right to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your place to another person (with at least 48 hours’ notice), or at Matt Follows’ discretion, access an alternative session (if available).
Results Disclaimer
The Workshop is designed to provide educational content and tools for personal development. No specific outcomes, results, or changes are guaranteed or implied.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, and tools shared during the Workshop remain the intellectual property of Matt Follows. They may not be recorded, copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
Confidentiality
While participants are encouraged to respect the confidentiality of what is shared by others during the Workshop, Matt Follows cannot guarantee or be held responsible for the conduct of other attendees.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matt Follows accepts no liability for any loss, injury, or damage (whether direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from participation in the Workshop, including technical failures outside of his control.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Agreement
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, and that you have expressly consented to the immediate commencement of the service on the agreed date, waiving any statutory cancellation rights.
