Ownership of Intellectual Property
The Magic Bullet Method® is the exclusive intellectual property of Matt Follows at Fat Skeleton LTD and is protected under UK, US, and international intellectual property laws.
- Magic Bullet Method® and its logo are registered trademarks of Fat Skeleton LTD in the United Kingdom and the United States and are protected under the UK Trade Marks Act 1994, the United States Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 1051 et seq.), and relevant international laws.
- All rights, including commercial use, adaptation, reproduction, and distribution, are strictly reserved.
- No individual, company, or entity is permitted to use, reproduce, or reference the Magic Bullet Method® name, brand, logo, or associated materials without express written permission from Matt Follows or an authorised representative of Fat Skeleton LTD.
Strict Prohibition of Unauthorised Use
The use of the Magic Bullet Method® name, logo, brand identity, methodologies, training materials, or any related intellectual property by any third party, in any form, is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:
- Commercial Use – Selling, offering, advertising, or promoting any product, service, or training using the Magic Bullet Method® name or concepts.
- Educational Use – Delivering courses, coaching, or training based on the Magic Bullet Method® without prior written consent.
- Marketing & Branding – Using the Magic Bullet Method® name, logo, or branding in any business, website, social media, or domain name.
- Misrepresentation – Implying any endorsement, partnership, affiliation, or connection with the Magic Bullet Method® without permission.
Enforcement & Legal Action
Fat Skeleton LTD actively monitors the use of its trademarks and intellectual property. Any unauthorised use, imitation, reproduction, or misrepresentation will result in immediate legal action.
Infringement of the Magic Bullet Method® trademarks or intellectual property will lead to formal legal proceedings under the:
- UK Trade Marks Act 1994
- United States Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 1051 et seq.)
- Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988
- Passing Off under UK common law
- Any relevant international trademark and copyright protections
Violators may face cease-and-desist orders, financial penalties, and claims for damages.
Fat Skeleton LTD reserves the right to take legal action against any individual or entity infringing its rights, including but not limited to claims for loss of revenue, reputational damage, and unauthorised enrichment.
