You want to crank out your A game every single day. It's what you're paid for. It's what you get out of bed for. And it's what you got into this business for. But sometimes pressure tips the balance and expectation weights you down.
It's frustrating and it's normal, but it needn't be the norm.
The reason we plateau, fall backward, get stuck, or burnout, isn’t because we don’t have the mental or emotional capacity to mainline flow and surprise the bejesus out of ourselves. And it's got sweet FA with to do with breathing like a monk or squatting like a yogi.
It's that subconscious bullshit again.
THE habits, BELIEFS AND values THAT GOT YOU THE SUCceSS YOU HAVE TODAY, ARE THE EXACT SAME THINGS THAT ARE STOPPING YOU GETTING THE SUCCESS YOU CRAVE TOMORROW.
We cling on to what we've always known, done and believed because it feels safe – and your brain likes to feel safe. But safety doesn't bring growth. So when your conscious desire to change, evolve, or find balance, is out-of-whack with your subconscious drive to stay the same, you're swimming against the tide with a chunk of Kryptonite tied to your ankles.
And that's because your subconscious brain is infinitely more powerful than its conscious cousin. So you don’t stand a cat-in-hell's chance of flipping the script, blasting though obstacles, or annihilating the self-defeating head-chatter that's dragging you down or fucking things up, with willpower, gritted teeth and a silly little GROW Model
Which is why most coaching relationships fail.
They only talk to the conscious brain. Which is borderline ok if you just want to make nips and tucks to your life and have a cosy a little pep talk. But if you're gunning for something far bigger, you need a coach with the cojones to cut way deeper.
To create ‘Profound Behavioural Changes That Stick’ you need to get under the hood of your conscious brain and eliminate the bullshit APPLYING THE BRAKE.
The science is unequivocal. All learning, behaviour and emotion is the result of subconscious programming, not conscious reasoning.
So if you don't bypass your conscious firewall and groove new habits, beliefs and value structures into your subconscious sourcecode, you'll wind up with superficial improvements that are good-as-gold when the waters are calm, but crumble like a pacifist when the shit hits the fan.
And the shit will hit the fan. Because that's life. Especially when you're leading the charge. So rather than pray for rainbows and unicorns, prepare for shit-storms. It's how you build inner resilience, carve out rock-solid-self-confidence, and pave the way for a flow-driven brain.

It comes from a constantly contactable coach who's got your back when you need it, and has all skin in the game.
FORMAT AND FEES
Forget 50 minutes, 60 minutes and the cold shoulder between meetings. Every session we engage in will be 2 hours deep (less if you need less), and between those weekly head-to-heads I’ll be available on email, WhatsApp and FaceTime for any questions, queries, victories, or wobbles. This keeps your trajectory on the upswing and your velocity from decreasing.
Because I coach worldwide, all sessions take place over Skype, phone or FaceTime and project fees vary from whether you're having a one-off 'ignition' session (at special request), or a 30, 60 day or 90 day intensive.
The way our partnership unfolds, and our schedule is locked in, will depend on the targets you set yourself (whatever they are I'll get you aiming higher), the deadlines you're shooting for (whatever they are I'll make you hit them faster), and the weight you throw behind the process (whatever that is I'll get you throwing more).
